How do I clear a portrait draft?
Use Clear draft in the studio, in the browser and account that prepared it. Drafts have a 24-hour application expiry. Removing this website's browser storage can also sign you out. Neither action deletes submitted tasks, server files, purchases or downloaded copies.
How do I request server data or account deletion?
Email support@outstandingtinydeskai.online with the subject Data deletion request. Use the registered email where possible. State whether you mean a particular submitted portrait or video, all generation media, or the account and related personal information. Add task IDs and order numbers only where relevant. Explain any inability to access the original account first.
We verify ownership and scope before deleting private records. There is no instant self-service account-deletion button. Do not send passwords, codes, recovery links, full payment details or identity documents in the initial request.
What happens after my request?
We review the identified data, remove or anonymize information that is no longer needed, and explain retention exceptions where appropriate. Account closure and outstanding orders, credits, tasks or disputes need to be considered together. A removal request is not automatically a refund or cancellation of a pending generation.
Limited records may be retained for applicable obligations, accounting, fraud prevention or an active dispute, restricted to those purposes. We handle requests within applicable requirements and reply with the outcome or information needed to proceed.
When do media files normally expire?
Private-storage lifecycle settings make input and moderation files eligible for deletion after 1 day, and outputs after 15 days, from object creation. Cleanup is asynchronous. Completed videos have a separate 14-day download window; expiry does not prove immediate physical deletion.
Account, task, credit, purchase and support records do not automatically expire with media. See Privacy.
What about providers and copies elsewhere?
SeeAPI, EvoLink, Cloudflare and the email providers handle information for their respective roles. Their copies and retention obligations are separate from browser drafts and our storage rules. We address provider-related requests where applicable, but do not promise immediate deletion of every external or backup copy.
Copies saved to a device or posted elsewhere are outside this service's controls. Deletion here does not remove those copies. Report a rights concern through Contact; for purchase issues, read Refunds.
