What does this policy cover?
This policy applies to the independent Outstanding Tiny Desk AI service at outstandingtinydeskai.online. Contact support@outstandingtinydeskai.online about privacy or data requests. We handle the information below to provide the features you choose, maintain accounts and balances, respond to requests, and protect the service.
Choosing a photo, submitting a generation and sharing a finished file are separate actions. Private account access does not mean that no processing provider handles the material. Read Terms and Delete my data alongside this policy.
Accounts, cookies and local drafts
The account system stores your name, email address, authentication records and sessions. Session cookies keep you signed in and connect requests to the correct account. If you choose an enabled third-party sign-in option, that provider supplies the account information needed for sign-in. Never email passwords or account-action links to support.
Portrait drafts use account-separated storage in this browser, with a 24-hour application expiry. Use Clear draft in the studio to remove the local draft. An expiry is an application access limit, not a guarantee that a browser physically erases every byte at that instant. Clearing a draft or signing out does not delete submitted tasks, server files, purchases or downloaded copies.
Submitted photos and processing providers
Submitting a generation sends selected portraits, role assignments and output settings to our server. SeeAPI checks submitted material for content safety. EvoLink processes images, the prepared concert reference and generation instructions to produce the requested video. Cloudflare R2 privately stores submitted files and outputs. Signed links allow processing services to retrieve the required inputs; account ownership checks control library playback and download.
Task identifiers, status, settings, credit entries and relevant error information support processing, delivery and investigation of failures. We do not operate a public gallery of customer portraits or videos. Obtain permission from every depicted adult before uploading.
Providers may process information in different countries under their own data-handling terms. We do not promise immediate deletion of every provider copy or exclusion of every model-training use. Ask support before submission if a particular processing restriction is essential to your use.
How long are media files kept?
Current private-storage lifecycle rules make input and moderation files eligible for deletion after 1 day and generated outputs after 15 days, measured from object creation. Lifecycle cleanup is asynchronous; these ages are eligibility points, not exact deletion timestamps. The rules do not control providers' separate copies.
Completed videos have a separate 14-day download window, based on the recorded deadline. Save a local copy before it ends. Download expiry does not prove immediate physical deletion or guarantee later restoration. The reusable concert template is stored separately from customer portraits.
Account, task, credit, support and transaction records do not automatically expire with media. We retain them while needed to operate the account, resolve requests or disputes, prevent abuse, or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. For a particular account or record, request access or deletion; we explain relevant retention exceptions when handling the request.
Account emails and customer support
Cloudflare Email Service delivers requested verification and password-recovery messages and processes recipient addresses and message contents, including private action links. Keep those links confidential.
Email to support@outstandingtinydeskai.online is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to our support inbox hosted by Gmail. These providers handle sender addresses, messages and attachments needed for delivery and support. Account tickets, where used, are linked to the signed-in account. We may verify ownership before discussing or changing private records.
Send only relevant task IDs, order numbers and explanations. Do not include passwords, login cookies, codes, API keys, full card details or identity documents in an initial request.
Payments and usage information
If you make a purchase, Stripe processes the payment details entered at checkout. We keep order identifiers, payment status and credit records to fulfil purchases and investigate billing questions. Enter card details only through checkout. See Refunds.
Operational records such as request times, browser/network information and errors help with security and troubleshooting. We do not use optional Google Analytics or Plausible tracking. If optional analytics is introduced, we will update this notice and provide any choices required for that use. Authentication cookies and local drafts serve different purposes from optional analytics.
Access, correction and deletion
Use profile settings for available changes. For access, correction, removal or account closure, follow Delete my data or Contact. We verify ownership and scope and handle requests within applicable requirements. Information retained for an obligation or dispute is limited to those purposes, with the relevant reason explained as appropriate.
We do not sell personal information. We share information with providers needed for the requested service and where necessary for lawful requests, security or protection of rights. Access controls and encrypted service credentials reduce exposure but do not guarantee perfect security. Downloaded or shared copies outside this service remain outside its controls.
Age and updates
The service is for adults 18 or older, using portraits of consenting adults only. Report inappropriate submissions or suspected privacy issues to support. We update this policy's date when it changes and communicate material changes affecting your use where required.
