Credits never expire. Every pack is a one-time purchase, with no recurring subscription. They add credits to your account, not a reservation for a particular person or scene. You choose when to generate.
Watching the reference and preparing your cast are free. There is no free personal video render. Compare the packs on Pricing, then review the checkout total before payment.
What one generation costs
A 480p video uses 20 credits; 720p uses 44 credits. Each is a 19-second MP4 with model-generated sound. Music, voices, likeness and timing can vary from the reference.
The six frame shapes are 9:16, 16:9, 1:1, 4:3, 3:4 and 21:9. Neither cast size nor frame shape changes the quote. The reference is portrait; a wider or square frame asks the model to recompose the scene and may change the layout.
Adding four friends does not add a fee. The lead is required; the front mic, back-left vocals, back-right vocals and sax remain optional. Check the role list, quality and quote in the studio before submitting.
Existing balance and top-ups
The studio counts your existing balance first. With zero credits, one Standard pack covers a 480p video and one HD pack covers a 720p video. You do not have to buy three Standard packs for your first HD video.
The automatic option compares available pack quantities and chooses the lowest payment that covers this video’s credit shortfall. You can instead select an eligible pack, including Studio if you want to keep extra credits for later. A pack too small for the current shortfall cannot be selected.
The purchase action shows its actual total and adds the displayed credits. Payment does not start a video. After the account confirms the payment, review the session and submit generation separately. Check your payment history and credit balance to confirm the purchase before submitting.
Confirmed failure and uncertain submission
A confirmed failed generation restores the credits consumed by that original task. This is a credit return, not an automatic refund of the pack payment. Completed results can vary; the credit return for a failed task is not a guarantee that every creative preference will be met.
If submission is uncertain, keep the existing task and check its status. Do not start another paid job because a page is slow. If a completed video is still being saved, check the same task; saving retries do not use another generation charge.
For a missing assigned person, wrong role or delivery issue, contact support with the task ID. Read Refunds, the Terms and generation help for payment review and task details. Existing orders retain their saved amount and credits when prices change.
Download your finished video
Playback and download use the same private MP4. The current file access window is 14 days; save a local copy from My videos before the displayed deadline. A download deadline does not promise immediate deletion of every stored file.
