What service do these terms cover?
These terms apply to the independent Outstanding Tiny Desk AI service at outstandingtinydeskai.online. “We,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator of this service. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Contact support@outstandingtinydeskai.online.
The website is not affiliated with or endorsed by NPR, Tiny Desk Concerts, people or artists appearing in reference material, or social platforms. A reference clip demonstrates the prepared format; it is not a customer result or a guarantee of quality. Read Privacy, Refunds and Contact alongside these terms.
The concert workflow
The studio accepts one required lead portrait and up to four independently optional portraits: front mic, back-left vocals, back-right vocals and sax. Left and right are from the viewer's perspective. Requested delivery is a 19-second MP4 with generated sound, at 480p or 720p, in one of six displayed frame shapes.
Photo selection prepares a draft. Pressing Generate submits processing; buying credits does not start a generation. Review roles, quality, frame shape and the credit quote before submission. Confirm the checkout total before payment and check your credit balance before generating.
Accounts and permitted use
You must be at least 18 and control the account you use. Keep credentials and recovery links private. Tasks, balances, orders and support records belong to the account that created them. Use that account when checking an existing task or purchase.
Do not bypass access controls or safety checks, exploit billing or credits, disrupt the service, scrape private records or submit malicious material. We may restrict abusive use and verify ownership before changing private records. Report suspected account misuse through support, without sending credentials or codes.
Portrait permissions and third-party rights
Use a separate photo of a consenting adult for each assigned role. You need permission to upload the image and depict that person in the intended AI edit. A public profile photo does not establish those permissions.
Do not submit minors, identity documents, sexual exploitation material, harassment, harmful impersonation or deceptive endorsements. Do not present an AI performance as authentic footage or imply someone's approval of a product or cause without permission.
You retain rights you already hold in your inputs and authorize processing needed for the requested service as described in Privacy. We do not promise exclusive copyright in AI output or grant rights in another person's likeness, recording, music or branding. Payment is not a music license or confirmation that a particular publication is permitted. Check rights needed for your intended use before sharing.
Prices, credits and purchases
One-time USD packs are Standard $6.99 / 20 credits, HD $14.99 / 44 credits, and Studio $29.90 / 100 credits. Credits do not expire and purchases do not renew automatically. A generation uses 20 credits at 480p or 44 at 720p; cast size and frame shape do not add a charge.
The checkout total and order record govern a purchase. Existing orders keep their recorded price and credit quantity when offers change. Separate accepted attempts can use additional credits; a pack does not include unlimited variations. Payment details are entered through checkout, not support email.
Delays, failures and payment review
A delayed or uncertain task is checked before another paid submission or credit adjustment. Do not submit again merely to discover whether the first request exists. A confirmed failed generation restores that task's consumed credits. This is separate from a refund to the payment method.
For missing credits, duplicate charges, non-delivery or a service defect, contact support with the task ID or order number. Payment refunds are reviewed under Refunds and applicable rights. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer remedies or treat accepting the terms as a waiver of statutory cancellation rights.
Output, downloads and changes
AI faces, clothing, hands, movements, vocals and timing can vary. Exact resemblance, preservation of every scene detail, an identical original-song recording and a particular completion time are not guaranteed. Report missing assigned people, wrong-role changes or an undeliverable file for specific review; do not assume that these are accepted variations or buy another attempt to diagnose them.
Completed files have a 14-day download window. Save a local copy before the deadline. This is separate from storage cleanup and does not promise recovery after expiry. See Privacy and Delete my data.
We may change features or suspend access for misuse or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted service or perfect security. If a paid service is discontinued while you hold unused paid credits, contact support for available remedies; closure does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability, requests and updates
Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from use outside the intended scope. Sharing output on other platforms remains subject to their rules and the relevant rights.
Account closure, data requests and disputes are handled through support, rather than instant self-service deletion. We update the date when terms change and communicate material changes affecting accounts, billing or data handling where required. Changes do not retrospectively reprice an existing order.
